On April 15, 2011, the Department of Homeland Security published a final rule (PDF) in the Federal Register (76 Fed. Reg. 21225) establishing the documents acceptable for employment eligibility verification. There was an inadvertent error in the final rule. The e-mail referenced should be changed to read “E-Verify@dhs.gov” instead of “Everify@dhs.gov.”
